The last several years seemed very hard. It felt like a big disaster is coming, but very few have noticed. That’s why I focused on the individuals, who are taking the alternative roads.
This artwork shows a person who decided to take a path into the unknown. The path looks dark and intimidating, but turning back is not an option. This person clears the way for the ones who might decide to follow.
I used iridescent oil paint to outline the person’s aura, that glows in the darkness. Behind the person one can see the waves of light, marking a safe opening.
