This painting is a result of many years of thinking about the human's path. I wonder when we got separated from nature to the extent of not noticing and not appreciating her.

I painted a human and an animal in the moment of separation. The animal has a compassion for human race because humans cannot sit still and enjoy the present moment. At the same time the human has a compassion for an animal because humans, although very loving and caring species, are destroying the biosphere.
